Please allow 1-3 days after order has been placed to be packaged and sent. Expect courier deliveries within 2-5 business days, if for some reason there is a delay we will inform you beforehand. All orders will come with a tracking number.

International Orders

We are happy to ship homewares internationally. Please add items to your cart and then your delivery location to see delivery charges.

International customers are required to pay any import duty, foreign taxes or fees payable upon importation of their order into the destination country. 

Delivery is between 2-7 business days depending on your location. We ship via FedEx / DHL Express so you will receive a tracking number and have your order in no time!

Furniture and Heavy/Bulky Items: we currently don't offer international shipping for these items, but we can organise a quotation for you if needed.

Furniture and Heavy/Bulky Items

At Thorn and Burrow our furniture will be delivered direct to your home by our movers.
We will send you an email confirmation with the exact cost depending on your location, usually the costs are between HK$300-500. Extra charges for stairs.
All delivery charges are paid upon delivery.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order.
When you place an order for furniture, you will receive a second email within 2 working days to confirm your order and the delivery date and fee.


Our Delivery Procedure

You must be at home to accept delivery; we cannot leave the goods otherwise.

Our Customer Service Department will email you in advance to confirm the delivery date and time with you. 


Orders of in-stock items may be canceled if you contact us before they are dispatched. Once they are en route, return and exchange policies apply.
