Hong Kong courier orders are sent via SF Express.

- Preparing your order: Please allow 1–3 days for packing and dispatch.
- Courier delivery: Expect delivery within 2–5 business days. We will let you know if there is a delay.
- Tracking: Courier orders include a tracking number.

Free store pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout to collect eligible items from our Sai Ying Pun store at no charge. The pickup availability and estimated ready time are shown at checkout.

International delivery
We ship homewares internationally via SF Express. Enter your destination at checkout to see whether delivery is available and the applicable charge. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location, and includes tracking.

This price guide applies to soft accessories only, excluding furniture and ceramics. Contact us if you are unsure which delivery arrangement applies to your items.
Furniture and heavy or bulky items are not offered through our standard international shipping service. Contact us if you would like a delivery quotation.
Import charges: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country.
Cancellations, returns & exchanges
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order for in-stock items by contacting us before dispatch. Once the order is on its way, our return and exchange terms apply.
Returns & exchanges
No returns or refunds; exchanges only. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only, for the same item, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us before sending an item back and read our full exchange policy for eligibility, exclusions and shipping costs. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
